This is the end of our twenty-fourth year in the land title and escrow business. This period has been one of dramatic change and growth for our companies. We began business with one office in Houston, Texas serving a single customer. From that beginning, we have grown our business to twenty plus offices in ten states, employing hundreds of title and escrow professionals. We opened over fifty thousand orders during the last twelve months. Additionally, we operate one of the largest mortgage land surveying businesses in Florida. We also operate a prominent national field services company that serves the property preservation and REO maintenance needs of our lender customers. We owe our success to the hard work of our associates and to you, our loyal friends and customers.

Early in our business life, we learned that the way to success was to set standards for our services that are above the norm in the marketplace, and to meet those standards on a consistent and predictable basis. We recognized that if we gave our customers an edge by providing superior title, escrow and surveying services, we would help them to compete and we would succeed together.

Our future plans emphasize investment in the latest customer service, technology, and Internet services available to the industry so as to continually improve our ability to serve you.
