David Kayton and Mark Kayton,
Board of Directors
The Kayton family began its roots in the title industry nearly 30 years
ago, when the Founder of First Southwestern Title Company of California,
David Kayton, was primarily practicing law in title examination, title
insurance and real estate transactions. He is the Principal Owner and
Chief Executive Officer of the First Southwestern/First Financial Title
Group, consisting of over twenty title and closing offices in ten
states. He resides with his wife in Miami Beach, Florida. They have 3
grown children, 1 of whom is following in his father's footsteps. His
son, Mark Kayton, joined the title industry over 10 years ago. Mark
earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and finished off with a J.D. in
1992 with Honors from the University of Miami, School of Law. He
presently serves as Chief Executive Officer for First Southwestern Title
Company of California and as Managing Director for many of our title and
closing operations in multiple states. Mark is single and divides up
much of his time between California and Texas.
