Gene Bleecker,
CEO, Santa Clarita DivisionGene Bleecker entered
the title industry over 19 years ago in December 1985. Within his first
year in the business he became the number one Title Representative in
Santa Clarita Valley. By the early 1990's, Gene became Salesman of the
Year, received The Presidents Trophy, and became a member of the Top 10
Salesmen nationally for First American Title. He has also been
recognized as Affiliate of the Year by the Association of Realtors. Gene
currently serves as Affiliate Chairperson and has served as an
Association of Realtors counsel member for 3 terms. He has also teamed
up with real estate community members on behalf of “Childspree”, a
non-profit organization designed to help underprivileged children in the
Santa Clarita Valley. By the late 1990's, Gene Bleecker's business soon
grew to a 39% market share which was an industry first held by an
individual. Gene was honored at that time for achieving the industry's
first ever Triple Crown of Title which included #1 in market share, #1
nationally with the company, and #1 in residential sales in the title
industry for Investors Title. You can hear Gene host a weekly radio
program each Friday between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm on KHTS AM 1220 called
the Real Estate Forum.
Currently, Gene serves as CEO of the Santa Clarita
Division of First Southwestern Title. Today, the Santa Clarita Division
processes 50% of the resale business in the counties of Los Angeles and
Ventura for First Southwestern Title.
Gene has been instrumental in creating the following associations:

The Rising Stars, a training program for new agents.

The Complete Marketing Advantage Network (CMA), a networking
support group for agents to match-up their buyers and sellers.

Gene is married and has four children. |
